This morning I weighed in at 229.8 Which means I'm only 100 lbs now from an ideal weight. I started out 10 months ago at 295
And I've lost 6 lbs in 3 days!!!!! It's called the flu. Seriously how much of the weight that I lost can I expected to gain back once I'm feeling better? I don't want to record a low number then it pop back up
i thought I would feal really awesome when people started to notice I was loosing weight and today it happened for the first time and mostly it just felt really odd. I have been looking forward to going back to work ( I'm a teacher) and people seeing that I lost 30 lbs over the summer but now I'm kind dreading it
latey I've been seeing a lot of people on hear saying that you should be hungry some if your trying to lose and I really haven't been hungry at all except for maybe a few minutes before I eat. Should I be eating less so I'm hungry more? This question seems really dumb so sorry if it also seems dumb to you
it seems like every day I go over my sodium limit by a lot. Can any one sujest ways I can lower it?
I cook a lot of dinners in the crock pot because I work and then my kids do a lot of evening activtiys it's easy to have dinner ready so we can eat and then we are off. How do I weigh meats that have already been cooked. Should I weigh out a 3 oz portion and count it as a 4 oz one?
