  • Bought size 14 (two sizes smaller)@ OldNavy now wishing I had tried a smaller size. Next week gonna do it. Can't be too bummed because not so long ago I couldn't shop there at all.
  • On a positive note my baby is six months now and I'm only 2lbs from pre-baby weight. On mfp for a little over two months. Ideal weight 50lbs away, but I'm taking it one day at a time. One motivated momma here!! :)

  • This is so exciting to hear, I'm stuck in a men's large because of my bra size. The womans sizes are so distorted, huge neck and arm holes. The horrible colors and designs.   • I've noticed that many foods taste better because I'm no longer inhaling my plate to get another one. When you know one of something is enough you take time to eat it. :)

  • Took daughter to a relay race, she rode her bike for 2miles and i had to walk a mile from and to my van. Also had my 12 lbs baby in an infant carrier the whole day 4 hrs.
  • If not enough calories are consumed the body eventually goes into starvation mode and starts storing everything consumed, especially carbs. Your daily nutrionals goals are as important as calorie goals. The body is like a vehicle, neglect any working parts and it will eventually not start.
