That sounds a lot like me I either do good with my food and journaling and don't excersize or excersize and eat everything in the house so lately i haven't been excersizing much. I am not into running ever bad knees and all.

I know how u feel i lost 70 lbs and as of right now have gained 30 back. Cant seem to walk away from the foods that i know are bad for me. I want to pick myself up and start again just cant seem to find the motivation. Hope we can be freinds.

Hey i am a mom of 4 oldest is 20 then 18 13 and 8. Theyve kept me busy but now i trying to get back in shape need to lose 30 or 40 lbs. would really like some one to talk with thats going through it too.

I also got told increasing my protein would decrease cravings. Having a hard time walking away from the chocolate especially when i am tired.
