Back to basics

Getting nowhere
Dont feel like i am getting any where i lose and gain the same 10 lbs. I was 30 lbs lighter then i sm right now and everything got turned around work kids stress and injuries. Now a start to get back on the wagon and something always derails me. Thanks for letting me vent hopefully it helps get me back in the right frame…

Losing it again
I lost between 80 and 90 lbs two years ago and was within 5lbs of my goal and in the last 6 months I've gained 30lbs back. I know what caused me to gain but i am having a hard time getting back on track to lose it again. It sucks to have to lose the same weight over and over.
