So I have found that when i drink coffee in the morning I want it with a little sweetness which equals sugar and creamer. I have decided to stop excersizing and focus on my food choices including cutting my food choices to less items. Then when i get my eating under control i will slowly start adding in my workouts. Dont feel like i am getting any where i lose and gain the same 10 lbs. I was 30 lbs lighter then i sm right now and everything got turned around work kids stress and injuries. I lost between 80 and 90 lbs two years ago and was within 5lbs of my goal and in the last 6 months I've gained 30lbs back. I know what caused me to gain but i am having a hard time getting back on track to lose it again. It sucks to have to lose the same weight over and over.
