I lost between 80 and 90 lbs two years ago and was within 5lbs of my goal and in the last 6 months I've gained 30lbs back. I know what caused me to gain but i am having a hard time getting back on track to lose it again. It sucks to have to lose the same weight over and over.

I hear ya. In 2011 I decided enough was enough and in about 2 years time I dropped 50lbs. SLOWLY, but I did it. I was so "cocky" after that, I figured I had this. Between Oct. 2013 and Dec. 2014, I packed on 20lbs of it back. So, I decided I knew what had to be done. In May 2015, while losing .5lbs/week, I hit goal and I've been maintaining ever since. You know what's different now? I have a date with my scale one time a week. If the number goes above a certain #, it's time to log and get serious again. I'm not a fan of getting serious, so it keeps my "appetite" in check.

Sometimes you just have to get back on that horse, learn from your mistakes and get it done.

Thanks I am finding that some of what i did to lose the weight isn't an option or isn't working this time. Just wondering if i have to change things up a bit.
