I am in the same boat. Lost 80 lbs with diet and excersize 2 years ago but have slowly gained back 25. I have determined to stop it now before it goes any farther but its hard to find the right mind set and get down to business.

Thanks I am finding that some of what i did to lose the weight isn't an option or isn't working this time. Just wondering if i have to change things up a bit.

I know what you mean. I lost alot of weight and was with in 5lbs of my goal maintained it for a while and now i am up 30 lbs. its like another person in my head that says you deserve to be fat to bad that voice is louder then the one that says you deserve to be skinny

One bottle is 18 oz so i do get 32 a day. I just i would feel better if i could drink more and when i workout.

I have the hardest time drinking water every day i plan to drink 4 bottles but am always dissapointed when i bearly get 2. I have tried adding lemon and i dont drink pop or juice.

Sorry as a wife i am guilty of doing that to but my justification is that the kids like to have a treat unfortunately me or my husband help them out to much.

I love working out i do karate 3 nights a week and boot camp & yoga thats what keeps me sain. I just really like food and struggle saying no. Recently gained this 30 lbs because of an injury and not being able to workout but am getting back on track again but this time i want to work on the nutrition part. ☺️

Over forty also but goal is to lose 30 lbs also got an office job a year ago and sit when i usually was up and moving. Im from washington. Good luck with your goals.
