It says I burn almost 300+ calories a day from just steps. That seems a bit much...

Thank you! I checked out some of the wrist bands and they are too bulky for me. Would one of the little clip on trackers work well? I know that probably wouldn't calculate your heart rate though. But it would probably get steps more accurate right? What's a good amount of regular steps to achieve daily? I live in Toronto…

You're right, that makes sense! They should be on nutritional labels though as those vitamins are important to get enough of as well!

Thanks everyone! I'm not so concerned with the calories (although my fish oil capsules might be more significant)as I want to see how much they make a difference in my vitamin intake. Problem is the bottle has the measurments, not the RDA percentage so it would be a lot of math to figure it out since it's not already in…

They will probably lose the same but person A will be healthier and getting a more nutritious diet and hitting 100% all their needed nutrients.

Thank you! I'm actually wondering how reliable the step adjustments are, especially since it's only tracking from my iPhone and not a Fitbit... Obviously I'm going to walk every single day (unless you're bed ridden you will take some steps) and I don't know if that counts as enough excercise to eat extra calories...

Right at the top where it says [calories] remaining. Also if I work out it changes my daily intakes of some macros and vitamins making it impossible to get to 100%unless I eat however many calories to make up what I burned.... Hope you guys understand what I'm asking I know it's a bit confusing.
