  • Don't worry, I eat more than 1500 because I ride my bike every day and eat back all the calories.
  • From my understanding, 1kg = 7700 calories, so if my goal is set to 1kg/week, I need a calorie deficit of 1100calories/day. My normal day activity level is 2450 calories, so subtracting 1100 results 1350 calories/day.
  • Yeah, probably a bug. I changed it to 0.5kg/week, updated and then changed it back to 1kg/week and it works fine now.
