  • I think 7lbs is really good too but I'd maybe try and walk an extra mile a day (20min Walk) or find something you like to do one hour a week like dancing/Swimming/trampoline Park/ cycling, that will tone you up a bit and make the weight loss more noticeable :-)
  • Hello I'm also trying to shift baby weight! Not an easy task is it but they say if it took you 9 months to put it on it'll take about 9 months to get it off again. Don't put too much pressure on yourself and enjoy your new baby. With the help of this app and support of friends you will get there!

  • I know it doesn't actually miraculously make you lose weight or everyone would do it wouldn't they for a quick fix but I do think it is helping to support and reduce my flabby belly area , after only a few days my waist is a good inch slimmer
