Is this normal?

I have been working out and eating better for a little over a month now. I burn at least 100-200 calories a day. And I stay within my calories everyday. I have only lost 7 pounds? Is that normal? I eat a lot of fruit and healthy foods. Although, I am in love with these chicken nuggets that I eat almost every day. Could that be contributing to the lack of weight loss? However, even with the nuggets I still stay within my given calories. I'm not sure if something is off or if I'm just not giving it enough time. Any advice would be well appreciated:)

I'm not sure what your deficit is, but 7 pounds in a month is a great rate of loss.
Chicken nuggets are perfectly compatible with weight loss as long as you are meeting your calorie goals.8 -
7 Lbs in a month is pretty good...weight loss is not a fast thing...adjust your expectations to match reality, not reality t.v.4

Wow, 7 lbs in a month is great! If you want to lose more, exercise more...but you are doing amazingly well.1

7lb is great in a month. Don't let impatience be your undoing...1

I think 7lbs is really good too but I'd maybe try and walk an extra mile a day (20min Walk) or find something you like to do one hour a week like dancing/Swimming/trampoline Park/ cycling, that will tone you up a bit and make the weight loss more noticeable :-)2

As everyone said, 7 lbs in a month is great! That's 1.75 lbs/week! (I only do 0.5 lbs/week and it feels sooo slow.)
Since you just started, some of that 7 lbs may be water weight, and the weight loss might slow a little bit in a week or two. But just keep doing what you're doing!
As far as the chicken nuggets go ... for weight loss purposes solely there is nothing wrong with eating them, as long as the calories fit into your day. But for overall health you might consider cutting back if they happen to be high in sat/trans fat, or if you want to get more protein from a pure chicken breast, for instance. But that's totally personal preference and up to you!3 -
Seven pounds is great. I don't understand why you consider that to be a "lack of weight loss."0

I love and agree with this.
I've lost around 130 lb and I never lost more than 8 lb in one month.

I wish my loss rate was ever as fast as 7lbs per months. That's a weekly loss of 1.75lbs, requiring a daily deficit of 875 calories. That's phenomenal in my book - I can't eat at a deficit of more than say 400 calories per day without wanting to gnaw my arm off. So well done you!0

I don't know your stats,
Just under 2 lbs a week is above average in a lot of circles.1
