I always wait at least an hour or two after eating to go to the gym, and I do the walk-run alternating. This is why I'm confused

I have had the same problem, but for the most part I would only eat once a day and just eat until I felt sick. Then I wouldn't eat for 2 days and do it all over again. I've lost nearly 30 lbs and am 10 lbs away from my goal weight and I know you can reach your goals too!! Good luck!! And anyone can add me :smile:
