I probably need to diversify my diet. I eat the same thing every day except weekends which is why weekends are terrible for me. I eat about 1200-1300 a day. I'm 5'1.

I'm 5'1 and gave lost close to 20 in 4 weeks. I'm watching carbs and cardio for 30 minutes 4 times a week. Just added weights for 3 days a week

5'1" here. SW is 220 and CW us 212. GW is 130. I had a baby 10 months ago and have a 4 year old that take up a lot if time lol love this post though

Maybe I missed it. What Beachbody workouts did you do? I'm currently doing p90X3 and down 8lbs and about 10 inches. Great job!! :smile:
