To be honest, I follow this simple rule. ITFYM. Meaning If it fits your macros, meaning protein carb and fats. I follow this with the simple rules of dont go over your calorie limit and you are fine. If I want a can of coke, I'll have it but ill pay the price later when I only have so much calories left and im hungry lol.…

I am the opposite now that i use MFP, I see how much I have left and I get nervoud\s about going over. I try timing my meals out so I dont get hungry, but I am always hungry ( bored sometimes too ) I know I am having something high in calories for dinner so I am trying not to eat untill 6pm

General rule of thumb I follow is when you are happy with your weight lose. Others told me that you should hit around 14% Body fat before you start to add muscle slowly.. do what you want. if your happy being your size then start to build muscle.
