  • Thank you, I got put on a 1350 calorie diet with 40% protein, 30% fat, and 30% carbohydrates. I have been trying to figure put what to eat that fits those macros.
  • Just about any fresh raw veggies. My local grocer sells premade containers with cucumbers, carrots, cauliflower, broccolli, celery. I love Beanitos.
  • Keep up the great work! Stay diligent, don't let it progress. It's hard, but you can do it.
  • I was using the chocolate raspberry drops. I used the chocolate flavored drops and it's much better.
  • Sorry everyone, I had a lot going on. Dropped off MFP for a month or so. (And lost a few lbs, go figure.) But doc and dietician put me on special diet. I appreciate the advice. I will get a fitness tracker and a scale. Hope you are all seeing progress.
  • Recently diagnosed, caused by fatty liver. Too hard to do it alone. Met with dietician on the 15th. Trying to remain positive. This liver will not be the end of me!
