I love coffee. Correction, I used to love coffee. Dietician has me using only Sweet Leaf stevia and evaporated skim milk in my coffee. I don't enjoy it any more. What do you use? I'm throwing half of it away every morning. (I have been using the Sweet Leaf flavored drops.)
How did you start out with exercise? I haven't had much success with losing, but I have not gained while using MFP. Clueless, figure exercise has to be the key. Can no longer do high protein for health reasons. Open to suggestions.
