Thanks rabbit, I'm not stressing at all, I just thought that when I was half asleep this morning it was funny that my scale showed a weight loss and increase in body fat

LOL I appreciate the feedback guys :) I started this post off because I thought the scale going backwards on Body Fat % was funny and that it would be comical to share. I see now that maybe I guess ill have go back to the doc and reevaluate my weight loss or up my calories and slow the weight loss down. :) Thats why I am…

Yeah I am doing 1g per body pound of protein and I see a nutritionist for my nutrition goals twice a month, I eat clean, very clean but me being in Law Enforcement, it only costs me 5 bucks per appointment for her and its awesome for meal plans and how to eat right. I know the healthy loss rate is about 2 lbs a week and anything over that is not recommended. I know that scales are not accurate, I just thought for a min, like I was going crazy lololol going backwards? Well the weird part is I usually stabilize around 12 to 14 weeks. I am just eating clean with a 2140 calorie goal with a split of 50 % Protein 30 % Carbs and 20 % Fat break down. I work out 5 days a week and do Cardio 3 times a week and Jui-Jitsu 2 to 4 times a week. Very active but not doing anything out of the ordinary.

I really do appreciate all the feed back and Ill do just that. And your right usmcmp 10% for me will be way lower than 200 lbs. So with that in mind I will continue what im doing and strive for that goal to hit 10%

Great question! That is something that I need to find out, Now I know the fitbit aria is probably not very accurate so ill have to find a method that will be accurate. And if the percentage is not low enough, USMCMP do you have any recommendations on what the % should be before trying to pack on muscle weight? Keep cutting…

The best time to weigh yourself for an accurate reading is first thing in the morning when you get up. Basically you have been fasting while you are asleep and that will give you the most accurate reading. Why? Because through out the day you body will fluctuate 3 to 5 pound water weight.

The old addage is 2.5 pounds every two weeks. That is an old lifter and bodybuilding format though. Think about the following and this is usually when it is the right time to go up in weight. 1. The current weight you are lifting isn’t a challenge 2. You could go forever. 3. You have never increased the weight you lift. 4.…
