Ive worked nights in a hospital for 20 yrs. the struggle is real! I try to meal prep as much as possible. I generally eat my main meal before midnight 10pm ish. Then i have a a small meal about 5am ish. Mainly try to keep healthy snacks (fruits veggies) close. Good luck!

I also have bad days. For example if I see cookies on the counter I may eat 6. Not 1 like a normal person and then say "crap I shouldnt have done that". But its done count it and move on. At least it was 1 slice not 1/2 the cake. However when I do that I make sure to fit in a little extra physical activity. That will also…

Amen. I would starve to death most days at 1200 calories. Mine is set at 1400 but i still go over alot of days. I do try to exercise 3-5 days per week i work nights so me sleep and eating schedule looks crazy some days. Its nice to hear success from peoplewho dont live so strict. Thanks for the post!
