I can't do 2,000. I gain weight. Just tried it for 10 days and put on 3 lbs eating between 1700-2100 cal a day. Even though my macros were on point. I think the key is to listen to your body and learn how it reacts to what foods.

I agree it's a personal choice. I like vegetables so if I go over in carbs they are usually the culprit. I don't stress over it. I try to stay under 20 net carbs and usually I do. For me it is the cravings. So cutting out sugar, pastas, rice, potatoes and all the other culprits helped cut my cravings.

I feel the same. Always starving. Always hungry. I drink tons of water. I can't find the answer as to why I am. Even if my belly is full I feel hungry. My body must release the hunger hormone in overdrive or something.

I usually get wings if we are ordering from a pizza place. Most will have Chef Salads so that is another option depending on where your carbs are. You just have to make sure they don't bread their wings although some buffalo sauce may be a little high in sugar.

My doctor didn't recommend them even when I was eating high carb. They drop BP. If you are already fasting I would worry about dizzy spells.

I know what you mean. I have a very small very old one. So not the best. I do have a 'magic bullet' type item that I use too. But I haven't made any large in bulk items.

It is probably a preference for most people. I haven't been eating any breads so the only carbs I get are from vegetables. I do net carbs for them as I feel like that is good food.

I have been having the same problem. It's soooo incomfortable. After a week I had to take something. I've been trying to get more fiber in my diet and I can't possibly eat any more fat than I already do. It's a problem.

I also read this. I would be hungry all the time. Even as I ate or right after. I would have to stuff my self to not feel that way. I read it could be from acid reflux even if I didn't have heartburn. So now I just take a low dose all day pill and it has helped.

Fast food Cheeseburgers. Bun and all. Haven't had one in months now. But when I see an ad I still salivate. Lol. I also am a stress eater. But now I recognize it more and have been able to convince myself not to eat. Or I grab a handful of almonds and by the time I'm done a serving my craving is over.
