I rode the recumbent bike and walked on the treadmill; however, I had a late start this morning so that means I will need to find a way to work out more once class is over. Or just eat less. Either way!

The cleaning lady at my gym came up to me this morning as I was about to get on the treadmill, held my hand, and said not to give up and that I'm doing a great job. Having another person notice my efforts sure makes me feel good!

I am the worst with not eating out. I totally understand the on the go, too busy to pack anything life! The important thing is to make time for what's important. Wishing you luck! You can do this.

I have bad feet as well. What helps me is exercising on a recumbent bike every single morning. I am obese and so it's difficult to do a lot of exercises, but having a set time and plan has helped me feel a lot better about myself. I do it at a gym and while I was extremely hesitant with that, I've met some nice people who…
