Well, every time I've ever stopped logging in my food, I've gained weight back. I think maybe it just depends on the person, though. Some people are disciplined enough to watch what they eat without the motivation of MFP. Maybe I'm just not one of them, though?

Thanks for the feedback, guys! I kind of knew that was my body's way of telling me to rest. And I definitely like the idea to do some stretching or low-intensity walking on the days when I'm resting, so I don't feel like a total couch potato.

My current weight is 176.4 lbs. I would like to be at 175 lbs in a week's time (by next Sunday). I usually get on the scale every morning, which I know they say you should NOT weigh yourself every day. But seeing the numbers go down really motivates me! I'm trying to work on my stomach. That is my problem area.
