Lol I was just giving an example. I'm definitely not trying to lose 5 lbs a week haha :)

Assuming it's true that after about a year or so of religiously staying at a certain deficit and weightloss slowing or stopping... It just has to do with the fact that your stats change and therefore your caloric deficit changes as well? Like if I'm 5'11 and weigh 190 I could eat more calories and lose weight than if I'm…

I have confidence for about 5 seconds looking in the mirror before going out... Then it's all gone. lol

My two favorites are: Bagel with peanut butter and coffee+creamer Or Two packets instant oatmeal ( maple ) and coffee+splenda+creamer

I agree with what he had to say... The language was a little over the top haha and I was distracted by his tattoos... Lmao
-
Haha true... If it connects to my iPhone I would be happy! lol I don't really care for it connecting to gym equipment.
-
Very true. I've never purchased or owned a HRM so I really don't know a whole lot. Thank you!
-
Good to know! Thank you for your input.

Reviews online about the chest strap not picking up heart rates. Maybe user error?
-
Haha okay
-
A lot of the reviews I've read were saying that the strap wasn't picking up the heart rates well and that the device would go to crap within a short time. I know things happen. I really just want more suggestions to make the "best" purchase. I don't want to have to fiddle with the dang chest strap while trying to work out…
-
What?
-
I am wanting to use it for running as well as a new weight training/hiit program in starting soon. I need to know what my heart rate is at certain points of the work outs. I also want a more accurate calorie count. :)

Thanks! I pay around 40 but I forgot how many servings are in the tub. I will check that one out as well.
-
I'm genuinely curious... For my own knowledge bank... What's a reasonable price for protein powders? I have a brand I love. I'm just wondering as I'm new to this lol
-
I vote for getting off the couch
-
Cheeseburger!

Agreed. In fact any med can affect one individual completely different than the next. Reading the drug insert is helpful.
-
I wish I had an allowance of 5000 cals
-
I would waste away if I had to go to the gym work out and take care of a 2 year old all day with no food until dinner
-
I take multi vitamins and drink protein shakes with plenty of vitamins in them so idk... I suppose it's worth checking out if upping cals doesn't work!
-
I'm definitely not starting. I've been exercising a long time now. :-/
-
Apparently I'm too stupid lol I can't figure it out!!!
-
Well MFP keeps changing my *kitten* back to 1350!! It will be changed and I go back and it's 1350 again. What the heck lol
-
That is sometimes my case. But other times I'm just plain exhausted either way. I'm excited to start working though. It should help me!
-
Unfortunately I feel equal as crappy if I get 8 hours or 4 :-/ but yes I will up my calories for sure.
-
I will haha more food is okay by me!
-
Good point. 10 lbs really isn't a whole lot. Another thing is too when I do my body pump/sculpt work outs I don't log those. There's no way for me to tell how much I burn. I am working on getting a HRM soon though.
-
I have it set to lose 2 lbs a week and 1350 is what it gives me. I guess maybe I should change it to 1 lb a week instead and see how I feel. Thankfully my hair isn't falling out and all that. Thanks for the input.

Hey! I just took my first dose of Wellbutrin today. I've tried several other medications and hope this one is the right fit. I do therapy as well now. Anyway, I think that even if it helps with weightloss it's probably only temporary help. It's not my reason for taking it and I'm not counting on it. It could be a good jump…
