Oh! Thank you all for your insights! I do log my workouts but I do not eat back the calories. I guess I viewed the goal as less of a goal and more of a challenge to stay under the number. I guess that will have to change!

I definitely think eating is my biggest challenge. I love food and making good food that makes you want to throw portion sizes out the window.

I'm a little confused after reading this. I'm trying to loose weight and I heard that it is better to eat high protein foods. I eat a lot of things on this list like peanut butter and Greek yogurt...is this bad? Is it bad to be under your calorie limit if you want to loose weight? How low can you go without being unhealthy?

I am late to post here but I just got back into working out and I would really appreciate the support of a mentor. I am currently a junior in college studying education.
