Breaking the plateau
Hello! I've been stuck in a plateau for about 2 weeks and I don't know how to break It! (Even after bumping up my workouts) I'm 5'2 165lbs and eat between 1200 and 1400 calories a day. I boosted my workouts to one hour of cardio and the weights at least 4 days a week, but it still has not brought me over my hump. Any…

Do I have to burn more than 1700 calories?? I've also heard about different types of calories...how can I tell…

New attitude for an old problem
Hello everyone! I'm returning to the community to start fresh with a new attitude. I definitely think it's time for a change that will stick.
