Being healthy with anxiety

I've just started on my weight loss journey. In the past I've avoided counting calories because I didn't want it to turn into an obsession. I've worked out every day this week and was thinking of taking a day off. I am realizing now that when I think of taking a day off I have anxiety that I'll loose all the motivation I've gained. Has anyone else dealt with this? I don't want to obsess about working out or calorie counting.

Rule One: Enjoy the little things.
Rule Two: don't sweat the small stuff.
Weight loss is accomplished through a net deficit in calories, so you can actually lose weight without exercising at all if you like. You will not have exercise calories to eat back. That is all.
If the risk of going over bothers you, prelog your day and stick to your plan.0
