Spreading out calories...

I tend to have a very light breakfast and the rest of my calories are evenly split between lunch and dinner. Lately I have been in pain after breakfast and either while im eating or after I've finished lunch. It almost feels like hunger pains but I dont see how hunger pains would occur after Ive eaten.

Has anyone else experienced this?

It's completely normal, if it is what I think you are describing. I have it too. It's logical. Eating sets off appetite. Appetite feels like hunger pains.

I used to force myself to eat breakfast because I thought it was the most important meal and it only made me hungrier.

Now that I know that's not the case I eat brunch and dinner.
