  • Thanks. Your right no bad food! I think we are all struggling due to the abundance of food to be fair. I'm over 40 and I dont remember it being this bad. I never had sugary food and drinks like this anyway. Maybe once a week if my mum could afford it.

  • If I was hungry I would eat some of mine, at the moment I'm exercising in the gym and walking and find I dont need too. Your situation I can see why you would.
  • Its horrible that it's not on their menu, its supposed to be these days especially in the uk. I know it's an icecream parlor so its unhealthy, but with foresight you can make healthier choices. You go in and have to look at the menu you get side tracked 🤣 Thanks for the advice though.
  • Thank you so much. I didnt even think about the forums to be honest, it's an app, you half heartily do it until you crave bad food then the app becomes the enemy 🤣. This time I'm saying to myself, it's ok to go out on occasions with friends. Just try to plan accordingly. Watch this space 😁.

  • I eat carbs. Only I swap white for brown. Makes me less bloated. And just watch how much bread I eat. But that's a personal thing. I.e I eat loads of bread I bloat. Which is down to my sensitivity to yeast. Everyone is different.
  • I have had the surge for about a month. Other then having to change my wrists as I got a rash I love it.

  • Hi all. How do you find the fit bits? I'm thinking of getting one. But not sure if it is worth it. I train at the gym 5 times a week. Does it assist with gym training?
