  • I too am starting over again. A mom of two but mine are not toddlers, one in her 20's and the other is 14. I know how very hard it is to start, and stick with it. It is really a discipline. I have come to conclusion that you have to love yourself, and want to take care of yourself, cause no one else will. I'm with you!
