    I too am back after losing and then gaining most of it back :-( .. I know it works especially with supportive friends.. I'm starting my journey to not only lose but to get some supportive friends again .. With prayer you can accomplish most everything ! God Bless ! Add me if you'd like to !!

    I too am starting over again. A mom of two but mine are not toddlers, one in her 20's and the other is 14. I know how very hard it is to start, and stick with it. It is really a discipline. I have come to conclusion that you have to love yourself, and want to take care of yourself, cause no one else will. I'm with you!
