i live in fl - my digital scale is the same - use it only as a guide - the scale at publix is dead accurate and calibrated frequently - i rely on that for my true weight - gl

i stayed level for 2 mo - people are different - cico works - stay determined and gl

dead accurate on counting-seditary health reasons (leg)-500c deficit daily-diet protein and under 50g carbs-alcohol (which i also count) may be contributing - but how much can you give up-still have to live and enjoy life-thnx all

i'm aware this happens - but it gets in your head - it's depressing to work hard at dieting with level results
