  • Ok. 20 weeks, goal of 1lb a week. I’m calorie counting, aiming for 1600 a day but won’t stress if it edges up to 1700. If this darn fuel panic continues I’ll be fine on account of having empty petrol tank and cycling for 2 hours a day to get to work!!!!!!!
