I need to start this , I have a 5k in September and I find running really hard ! I can do cross trainer no problem But on the running machine I really struggle

I find bangarang by skrillex a really Good motivator when I'm on the cross trainer, also when I'm on the rower I have listened to trumpets by Jason derulo and then do a sprint when the trumpet bit is on

I can see the appeal of meeting people with common interests , I'm married so obv not looking but I do get why people look for people online as it is hard to meet people in the 'outside world'

SW 246 CW 212 GW 176 - at the moment but I'll see when I get there if I'm happy I have 2 PT sessions a week plus I try to go twice on my own I generally do cardio but I do s little weights too I try to stick at around 1000 calories a day

I'm really lucky that I get the gym for free and my PT only charges me £10 per hour. Some of the other trainers at the gym are really steep but they do seem to know their stuff.

I try not to eat my exercise as I like to Think of exercise as a bonus to my diet . It is nice to know you can have s few extra calories if you are hungry after a work out though : )

The good thing about mine is she has a lot of passion and she's always doing courses to further her knowledge. She trains 6 days a week and will try out her training programme on me. Yeah I had a different to get me in shape before my wedding , she wasn't great and when I was struggling she let me slow down so I didn't lose much , enough to fit into my dress but I binned her off after . I regret not trying to get slimmer for my wedding, but they are making good before pictures lol

I have one from Avon it's pink with leopard print , I love it it's got s separate compartment for shoes and a detachable bag on the end for valuable items if the bag won't fit in your locker

I had this , I found using the cross trainer instead of the running machine really helped

I haven't done the insanity package but I've done a few classes at the gym , I really enjoyed it ! Although I struggle with the burpees and press ups as my arms are really weak

Yeah I wouldn't go as far as a 'ton' of sugar, let's call it 45-50 % of my daily calories which I think is a lot but I am having proper meals too. I'm not having biscuits for dinner , I'm new to this so I'm not sure about my thread being shut down or anything : / I appreciate everyone's feedback on this though so thanks

Mine was looking at pictures of myself from holiday (cliche I know) I looked enormous ! Also the fact I was eating the same if not more than my dad who is a pretty big guy !
