As they said already, make sure you get proper nutrition. Have you tried a preworkout? I really feel like my amino acids and preworkout give me a boost and help me recover faster. Often though, I may not feel like going but I show up and a few min into my training I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. You've got this!

My favorite exercise is the deadlift, it's challenging and makes me feel like a badass. lol I love to leg press as well, feeling my legs screaming at me!
