• Good question thm! I plan on starting my days the same time as during the week so I can follow the same meal schedule. I can take a nap later if I want to. I already have my workouts planned but that part is never an issue. I have a 32oz bottle I am going to attach myself to. I plan on having 3 of those throughout the day.…
• Survived Thursday fighting off temptation and laziness. I put on a documentary about RAAM cycling race (insane) and hopped on the bike for over an 1.5h. Sometimes I need that external motivation to get my butt movin' and it works everytime. Once I start it's downhill from there. Happy Friday everyone and here's to a great…
• Wednesday was a good day for me. I stayed withing my calories and macros. I put in two workouts. A morning cardio seasion is always a great accomplishment for me because I am as far from being a morning person as imaginable. Have a great Thurdsday everyone!
• Good Monday and Tuesday (so far). I am on point with calories and macros. I woke up in the morning for a hiit on the bike. Another workout still ahead of me. I have two weeks left in my other challenge. I want to make a push to maximize my results.
• Another so so weekend. I plan on jamming my next weekend full of activites otherwise I spend too much time watching tv. I didn't WI on Saturday. I will weigh in on Wednesday. Today is chest and tri w/sprints on the bike between sets. Maybe you can use heavy cream if you like your soups ticker
• Hi! I have a Polar HRM and I am very happy with it. It is the one with a strap but like in the preceding post, I think it is more accurate than wrist ones. I have been wearing my A300 everyday all day and night for the past 3 months. I wear the strap only for my workouts. I like that I can see my calories in via MFT and…
• Another good day. Macros on point. Calories within 3 of the goal. Heavy leg workout with my trainer. I am totally drained but I feel good. Now, if I could only be as good on the weekend. Does anyone else have issues staying disciplined on the weekends? Can you share some techniques that help you be good. I find that I…
• My day is done. Just finished my workout. Level 2 and 3 of Jillian Michaels 30day shred and 20minutes of bike. 25g of net carbs and 1845kcal. I am happy with myself today. Hope everybody had a good day as well!
• My weekend was so so. I did work out and stayed withing my calories (i think) but I wasn't consistent with weighing my food. I went out twice and didn't log either of those meals because I would have been guessing the calorie content anyway. Just sloppy. Got to shape up and refocus. How was everybody's weekend?
• Congrats on the loss!
• True that we all have our ups and downs. Mine is my arm and the constant pain for 2 months now. Great job on the extra workout.
Did you have a doc look at it?
• Hi to all! Calories on point with room for some sunflower seeds for a snack. I was lacking motivation all day and feeling bluh but reading other peoples post made me realize we all go through highs and lows and that the only way to win is to stay in the game and keep trying (i am done with clishes now I swear). So, I went…
• Where has the weekend gone? I took Saturday off from working out an d had a slip up in the evening. Nkthing major but still. I met my calorie goal today. I went over on protein but carbs were within my range. I did an hour long work out (chest&shoulders w/cardio on bike). All in all a good weekend. Goodnight to all!
• So far another good day today (Fridays are historically toughest for me). I am within my calorie range. I did an awesome back and bicep workout with hiit on a bike while watching Crossfit Team Series workouts for motivation. Again Happy Thanksgiving to all Canadians out there. Treehugnmama I hope feel better soon.
• I lost the wrestling match with my trainer and had to weigh in. To my surprise I was .8lb down. Maybe I was not as bad as I thought last weekend. Shoulders done. Now half hour of stepmill
• happy birthday....and a fellow canadian  happy Thanksgiving too
I had to check the calendar. I am like, Thanksgiving already?! I am a doofus! Happy Thanksgiving!!!
• Yesterday was a good day. I stayed within my calories and macros were on point, under 20g of net carbs. I also did an hour of cardio on the bike. After a not so perfect weekend, I am staying away from the scale until Saturday. tough thing for me as I normally weigh myself everyday. I will probably have to wrestle my…
• First of all, how does it feel to have accomplished that? I lack imagination to be able to figure out how satisfying it must be, having expierence in losing and gaining the same 15lb for years. You should be extremely proud of yourself. Don't let one weigh in keep you from seeing the big pic. Provided you didn't go over on…
• Moonkat, are you doing or have you done the workout from the ultrafit challenge? I did it yestrday...fun in a if-I -don't-take-a-break-I-am-going-to-puke kind of way!!! Thanks again for the link.
• My day is done and it was near perfection. Macros on point, calories a bit low but my activity level was low today despite a kicka$$ workout (busy at work, hardly moved from my desk).
• I had a fun weekend away with my girlfriends. I tried to be good but cannot say that I was a 100%; Maybe 80%, which means I was closer to 60%. Getting back to my routine today. I am doing back/bicep this afternoon with 45 min of stepmill.
• Yesterday ended up being a rest day/cheat day. It was my wedding anniversary and we had sushi and wine for dinner. I tried to stick to sashimi but a roll may have slipped in. I am traveling today so again no work out. I am going to have to up my activity during the weekend. Merflan great job with the assault bike. I always…
• Surprise surprise I was .4lb down in my evening weigh in with my trainer. I wasn't expecting it based on my morning weigh so I am happy with that. My work out was great. Legs and legs, and then a little bit of legs followed by 20mins on a stepmill (medieval torture device). Chillin' time! I hope HumpDay was a good a good…
• Great job!!! I got up at 5:30 for a morning bike ride. ✋ high five!!! I weighed in today too. Mathematically between my CI (MFP) and CO (Polar HRM) I should be a little over a pound less. I am flat. But since I know there are other variables I am not freaking out (maybe for 5seconds). I am keeping at it.
• I had a good Fri and Sat. Calories and macros within range. I am already doing a challenge. It ends on November 3rd. I can aleays take a progress pic today. By then I'd like to lose 10lb-12lb.
• I am done with my trainer lead workout. I hated every minute of it but the feeling of accomplishment is a great reward. I was 1.2lb down from last week. I am tired but I feel great overall. Tomorrow is a rest day. Well deserved if I may say so myself
• That is a lot especially with your low calorie intake. You are definitely due for a day off. So am I though. I haven't had a day off for over a week. Tomorrow I will get "destroyed" by my trainer so Thursday is off for sure. I stayed within my calories but my macros are a bit off. Not bad as net carbs just 33 but still…
• I am back on track today. Stayed within my calories despite being hungry all day. Just finished my hour long workout. Why is it so much easier to be good during the week?
• I'll do that for my own weigh in in the morning but he weighs me in in the afternoon so with all the food and water it usually is 3lb more than in the morning. Thanks. Nonetheless, If I lost fat it should be less than last week at the same time of day.
