• would love to know what you fueled your runs with and how you recovered after doing keto
I was not training for a half marathon but for a century bike ride. In addition, I was working out 6 days a week (twice a week w/personal trainer). I mainly ate cheese, eggs, peanut butter, avocados, fatty fish, and steak. My…
• Personalky, when I was doing a keto diet and staying under 20g carbs and felt great as far as my energy levels.
• I am too a ftm (4 week old girl). I am looking for support in losing the extra weight. Add me as a friend so we can motivate each other.
• I have no idea who you are talking about, but salmon, cabbage and mustard sounds decent. I'd probably replace the mustard with horseradish though, because mouth fire is always a good time.
I was refering to Moonkat's post from a while back about the new diet she is following - Fighterdiet.com
• I was perfect on my diet since Monday and today the 3lb excess water is gone. I did a first work out with my trainer in 2 weeks today and I picked up where I left off. Moonkat I watched a lot of Pauline's videos on youtube. She annoyed me at first but I gotnover it. Have you tried the pink salmon, cabage, and mustard meal…
• This stupid cold totally ruined my plans. I haven't worked out once this week. I gained a couple of pounds which messes with my head. Glad to hear that others are doing well though. Happy Holidays everyone!
• I had a good weekend in terms of diet and workouts but I woke up with a sore throat and sniffles. 'Tis the season I guess. So new objective is to not get sicker. I'll check out the Fighter diet challenge. Thanks Moonkat7
• If you were within your calories on food then it's probably water retention. Your body is reacting to the new routine. Keep at it
• A little under two weeks to Christmas. I have not lost anything this week which makes it two weeks in a row. And I know why. I have worked out only 4 days out of 7 and was lax with my logging in the latter part of the week. Still shooting for under 190 by Christmas. It's so close I can almost taste it
• Congrats on tbe loss treehugnmama!
• Hope you fight this virus off treehugnmamma. New equipment - How exciting!!! Just don't grab the 100lb right out of the gate ;-) My week is going well so far. Got up early yesterday and today to do some cardio. Strength in the afternoon. I have to say that I am hungrier being off keto with the same calorie intake. Still…
• I find that working out totally curbs my appetite. I work out in the afternoon, eat my post meal, and i am done. On the non workout days i use the brushing your teeth trick. What I also find useful is chewing a cinnamon flavored gum. There's just something about it that curbs my cravings. Nothing tastes good after that…
• I am sure it still feels great. Congrats. No movement on the scale for me.
• Just did mine yesterday. 1000g of carbs in 24 hours is not easy when you minimize simple sugar intake. My god, the bagel carnage was glorious.
1G grams of carbs. Can't even imagine how you accomplished that. Curious, how do you feel today?
• If this wasn't your question let us know :)
Yes it was. I guess like uou say it'll become easier with time because I stick to the same kinds of food really. What do you do on your refeed day?
• What's your new macros?
It's 25% carbs 40% protein 35% fat I am trying it out. It may need some tweaking. What I meant in my previous post was that I Have trouble putting meals together to actually end up with this split (or grams per macro) at the end of the day. Just looking for a method. It was so easy on keto.…

I also drank a lot of green decaf tea and water. Having trouble putting a daily meal plan that fits my new macros. How do you…
• I am still here!!! Just slacking off logging because of Thanksgiving. I stayed away from potatoes and dessert but couldn't weigh my food. I figure if I am to guess my potions might not log in at all. Just done my shopping for the week. All meals are planned, workouts too. Enjoy the rest of your Sunday Ladies!
• I have had a cold for the past few days. Didn't workout or log my food on Fri and yesterday. I feel better today though so back to it.

• Yesterday was a good day all in all. I was under my calorie goal. Macros as follows: 94g fat 32g carbs 99g protein Had a killer workout with my trainer. I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't go back to sleep. My muscles felt on fire from the workout. I am going to pay for it today.
• Today I had my weigh out for the challenge i entered at my gym. I wasn't even close to my goal weight but I lost almost 13lb and I am happy with that (note me saying almost 13lb rather than 12lb and change). I think I finally figured out MY formula and what works for me. Late into the challenge but I found it. I am a lot…
