The exact same thing has happened to me!! I always eat the core of the apple now and mushy parts of the banana don't even phase me like they use to. I also eat all the way up to the rine of the watermelon... No white gets left behind!

Feeling the same way. I crave chocolate and salt all the time... Not sure how to balance it out.

Portion control is the biggest! Get smaller plates if possible, or fill half of it with the watermelon and salads at the BBQs. And then don't worry too much! It's a holiday and one day won't hurt, you have to enjoy the good food some days! :smile:
