I mix in a scoop of chocolate protein powder, sugar-free syrup, and a little water to help with mixing; it's like a chunky pudding

I weigh myself right after my morning coffee Monday to Friday, as I'm getting in the shower then. On weekends, my routine is far more relaxed, and I may eat breakfast before my shower... Or not shower until after walking my dog, so my weigh ins can be any time during the day. Sometimes, I don't weigh in at all on the…

I have not experienced float therapy but I have been wanting to go! The 2-hour drive to the closest place, along with the cost of gas, has been a deterrent. Hope others can give some feedback, as I'm really interested :)

My Fitbit syncs to MFP (although not today, for some reason), so I don't log them.

There are many, many posts about this and you may find it helpful to do a quick search :)

Enlightened's Movie Night sounds... Not delicious. Has anyone tried it?

I have the Vega all-in-one and Iso Surge. I prefer the taste of the Iso Surge over the Vega, but the Vega has added vitamins and such.

Depends on calories.

I'd like to join as well

I think 1000 calories for 10000 steps is a bit generous as well. I'd start at eating back 500-600 calories. Others may have a better idea on the amount though.

This. I weigh every day and I'm always moving up and down on the scale, so it's hard to see my progress. I use Happy Scale and it has really helped to see my weight loss. ETA: just to clarify, it's the Happy Scale app.

The only thing that I don't log is water.

I've been working at eating more vegetables, so I will prep my veggies in the morning for an afternoon snack at work. Cucumber, carrots, peppers, cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, etc. I'm still fairly new to all of this, so I can't recall what would equal 100 calories, but I'll slice a whole cucumber and have a huge…

It sounds like you have a lot on your plate and that you're trying to be supportive for your boyfriend. Who supports you when you are both struggling? Maybe consider counselling to learn about positive coping strategies? Hope things get turned around for you.

Eat my calories and walk my dog. Nothing more planned for today. I've hurt my shoulder and I'm trying to minimize its movement as much as possible :(

I have a Paderno. My only complaint is that I can't get the track thingy (not the part that actually holds the veggie or crank) off to wash it.

I'm sorry you a having to deal with whatever is going on in your body. Sounds frustrating. I don't know about strength training exercises, but I wonder if swimming or water aerobics would be easier on you?

What do you mean by healthy?

I log everything. My diary is private because that is the default setting and I haven't needed to unlock it for feedback yet.

Use whatever milk you want - or another product. You're the one ingesting it, so you might as well enjoy the taste.

Mmmm grilled Cajun catfish

If I were to go on any big vacation, I would take that time off MFP. I don't think it will make a huge impact in such a short amount of time. Just go and enjoy yourself. Have the tasty foods and fun treats! When you get back home, pick up on your logging like usual.

Out for a walk with the kids and the pup. Not sure how long we were out, maybe an hour? I walked over 11000 steps! I love meeting my daily goal in one walk :)

Based on step counts, I'm probably "lightly active." However, I have it set to sedentary and I eat back my "step calories" provided by MFP (I don't use fitbits step calories because I think they are inflated). I've only been at this for just over a month, so I'm not ready to reassess my process yet, but I think it's…

This. I love frittata! I bake it in a 9x13 pan, which gives me 6 portions. I make one almost every Sunday.

I wonder if you could retrain yourself to live a life without "cheat meals," but instead, commit to logging everything and holding back weekday calories, so that you can splurge on that weekend pizza. That's what I do anyway... Tonight is homemade pizza and movie night! ;)
