Yoga video - Calories burned correct?
I did a Yoga with Adriene (45 min - "Deep stretch") video. MFP is calculating this at 134 calories burned when I have identified it simply as "stretching," but it seems inflated to me. I identified it as stretching, rather than "yoga," as it was not a "power-type" yoga. I'm newer to CICO though, so perhaps I'm wrong.…
