I try to do three 5ks a year. I go to the gym 4 days a week. On Mondays and Wednesdays, after I do a class, I go on the treadmill for about 30 minutes. I do 5 minutes warm up, 17 minutes run, 5 minutes incline and 5 minutes cool down. Sometime in March, the gym has a weekly class for a summer 5k. I'm not a fast runner. My…

Although we don't see a difference, other people might. Don't stop, keep doing what you been doing. Your clothes should start feeling differently.

I have MFP on my phone and computer. I wasn't logging out through my phone. My exercise log wouldn't post for about 2 months from my phone until I logged off. Now I can use my phone again to post my exercise.

Mondays: Pilates then 30 min treadmill Tu/Th: Pumped then 1 hr walking Wednesdays: Step aerobics then 30 min treadmill On the weekends, I try to do 30 minutes on the treadmill. On the treadmill, I do 5 min warm up, 17 min run (5-5.5), 5 min walk incline and 5 min cool down. My goal is to do 30 min run on treadmill.

I weighed in today at 179. When I first started this challenge, I was 185.4. I still have 19 pounds to go. Hopefully I can reach my goal by May/June. I will continue to work on my eating and my exercise to get there. Good luck everyone!!

This week, I'm eating bacon & eggs. I still been having a protein shake to start my mornings. I'm feeling pretty good so far with what I have been eating. I will be good if my results on Friday are a pound or 2 down.

I do herbal life products..shakes, total control and cellulose. I like it. When I first started I lost 4 pounds in a week.

My daughter has severe eczema and her skin was very sensitive. The dermatologist gave us a cortizone cream and told us to use Vaseline. Twenty years later, she still uses Vaseline but also shea butter.
