I try not to focus on the scale. Over the last 2.5 months my clothes are fitting better. I feel better and I am much stronger. I used to only be able to push through a 10 minute workout and now an hour wow. Those are victories to me.

I plan out all my snacks and meals for the day. It keeps from from grabbing something I shouldnt. Even being a emotional eater I find it helps. Quest cookie dough bar are perfect for when I am craving junk food.
