Seems like you've taught yourself just to snack. Cook proper meals, i'd say 4 meals of 400 cal. You may not like it to begin with but you will once you get use to it.

Two months is enough time for you to lose at least 2 stone, so get to work now!

Look, its pretty much impossible to achieve that with such a short period of time BUT start losing weight NOW and you could easily achieve 14 lb by then. I know this doesn't seem like much but actually that would be a hell of a good start to a diet, and then after the wedding its up to you to lose the rest. 100lb is very…

If you time how long it takes to do a mile then you can work out the speed your roughly doing, meaning that you can then just put running on MFP at the speed you did which will give you an average amount of calories. Regardless to whether this helps or not, it won't matter whether you know how much you burn, if you can…

Personally I like to do 10 minutes of cardio (usually on the treadmill first) to get my heart pumping blood to the muscles before lifting weights. I find that it prepares my muscles fully quicker than going straight into lifting. I also do a cool down on treadmill for an additional 10 minutes at the end of the session…

The best way is to experiment. Everyones body is different, and if your physically active then you will need more energy than 1200 (most likely). Try 1600 cal for a week, if you lose any weight then its working, if not then drop down to 1400 cal, then again if you still haven't lost any weight. Do not go below 1200 though…

Whilst I was at university I struggled to keep weight off during the first two months, however it should start settling down at that point. Simple suggestion would be to create yourself a meal plan for the day and times of when you can eat. This is easy to monitor and just get an idea of how many calories are in the meals…

Good to hear that you've started finding your balance of intake. Trust me its not a losing battle, it simply comes to the fact that you may be consuming too much. I would raise the question of do you drink hot drinks with milk and sugar and also any soda's? This is something that many people slip up on. Also do snack/weigh…

Cut out the smoothie and just have a banana. There's only a small amount of sugar in a banana, they other stuff your using isn't great in my opinion (except milk although you could find yourself consuming too much). Other stuff to look at is do you drink hot drinks like coffee or tea? if so try it without sugar and milk…

Please do! This is the very reason I can't stand polititions as I only really see them point scoring rather than trying to focus on getting things done! If you ever do you've already got my backing
