Hi Teresar91, I go to an MMA Gym and do the classes. I LOVE IT!!! Find an activity you like. Go by how your clothes fit not a number on the scale. I'm working on this. It's not easy but slow and steady wins the race.

5'1" 34yrs trying to get under 25% body fat non-workout day 1,330 workout day 2,062 (1680) I am really slow at losing due to still working on what I put in my body.

You might want to think of your first meal as breakfast even though you get up at noon. Then go from there. I had the same problem with eating enough calories. It will take some time but you'll get there with your calorie count. Good Luck, take it slow.

Remember: Talk it slow. Body change isn't going to happen overnight. Make small goals (that helps me). You are further to your goal then when you started.

My goal started out as losing pounds but I'm 4 lbs away from that goal weight and I don't see a significant change so now my goal is to have 20% body fat. I have a lot of hard work ahead but taking it one day at a time.

Face towel, boxing gloves, jump rope, yoga socks, knee stabilizer, eye glass cleaners, tums, yoga mat cleaners, yoga head band, a yoga stretch strap, gymboss interval timer, wireless headphones, an iPhone Belkin arm strap and my inhaler.

I've found that when I'm sore and I work out, it helps. I have started using a foam rolling and have found it helps too so I don't have to take extra time off due to soreness. I stretch like crazy also.

Take it one day at a time and don't expect change right away. Set little goals for yourself, that helps me. Good luck to everyone!
