Sounds a little bit like myself... I have 2 kids very involved with sports...so if I am not running from one practice to another I am at a game cheering on the Miners!!! So I lack in the exercise area...I try to walk around the office during work and take lunch and walk a bit, but that is the best I can do for now...…

See...don't doubt yourself. 100% agree with malibu927, it is so much harder for women...our hormones are always across the board. It's a long road ahead...don't get discouraged by bumps, cracks or curves. Easier said than done...But You Can Do This!!! Have a wonderful day...
