yes, I do warm up and cool down. I've been working out for 2 weeks. Since I changed my workout, that's when it started.

woah, I got nervous when you said that. It doesn't hurt when i'm walking but I feel it when i'm jumping. like, doing jumping jacks.

can you give me some advice? how much do you think is the right calorie to burn when I am consuming 1,000 calories a day? (well, not exactly 1k). because im burning 300+ calories a day. do you think it's enough? or should I burn higher than that to achieve my goal of losing weight within 5 weeks?
