Hi, my fellow users! I just want to ask
if this app really works. Like for example, I entered the foods that I ate today, and then when I clicked the button at the bottom, it will show "if everyday were like today, you'll weigh blah blah blah in 5 weeks." Like, am I really gonna weigh that much if I continue eating those foods for 5 weeks? Sorry for my english.

first question: does the app work?
answer: yes. however the app only works as well as the information you provide it. If you are accurate in your entries, it makes it easy to see what you take in versus what you burn
second question: is the "if every day were like today" declarations accurate?
answer: sort of. the magic phrase is "if every day were like today." because each day is just going to be different. you will burn more on some days and eat more on some days. but seeing the potential number, for me, was a little motivational.0 -
can you give me some advice? how much do you think is the right calorie to burn when I am consuming 1,000 calories a day? (well, not exactly 1k). because im burning 300+ calories a day. do you think it's enough? or should I burn higher than that to achieve my goal of losing weight within 5 weeks?0

My advice: since you're new here, and I don't know exactly what your goals are, read these stickies/threads. Follow them, if they seem appropriate. Since this is in the General Weight Loss section, I'm thinking at least one of them will be appropriate. Ask questions if you don't understand something and/or need clarification - but after you've read the whole thread. Your question was probably asked and answered already. Yes, there are a lot of posts. Fortunately, quite a few are simply people thanking those that originated the threads, so it'll likely go by quicker than you might expect. Also note that there are multiple ways of going about this - find one that sounds like one that you'll be able to stick with.

Of course, if you read one of the above, and it really resonates with you, you can probably stop there, without reading the others.0 -
