No it's just rough on the body because of the side effects of the lyme disease. I am not having trouble staying in my calories. It's like my body doesn't want to shake it some days
-

have you lowered your calorie amount in MFP? when you lose weight, you need to go in every so often (about every 10 pounds) and re-do your stats to make it change your calorie amount... also, you might want to shake things up with a different type of workout or slight diet changes...
-
i had corn, mushrooms, carrots and onions in my homemade chicken soup at lunch :)

just requested to the group! Hope i get accepted!

actually if you have a SIGNIFICANT amount of weight to lose, going above the 2 lbs per week is actually ok...
-
if you are female you should be NETTING no less thank 1200 cals a day. if you are eating 900 calories and burning off 500 then you are only netting 400 calories and that is WAY to low...put in your stats in MFP and eat what it tells you for NET Calories. How much is "A lot of weight to lose" ...you might have it set too…
-
I use agave nectar...
-
yes you want to NET 1200-1300... so if you have exercised more than you have eaten, you need to eat the exercise calories because otherwise you will be netting way too low... the NET is already calculating a deficit in... so you have 1274 remaining...

I have lost a little over 60 pounds and I have gone from a 26/28 us size pant to an 18 pant and a 3x shirt to a mens large ... so while part of my brain knows i am smaller, I still see myself at my highest weight of 300 (i started on MFP at 292) and everyone keeps telling me i look very different but i just don't see it...…
