I'm carb cycling at the mo to lose the sticky fat around my lower abs. It is hard to workout sometimes due to lack of energy but thank god for caffeine lol

I have a protein shake and a bannana an hour before with a pre workout 30 mins later. Post work out I have another protein shake and a rice cake with peanut butter on it. Fast acting carbs and protein. Does good for me.

I like scrambled eggs ( all egg whites ) with a heaped table spoon of salsa dip on tip. Weird but try it.

Cheers Will try the glycogen refeed. I did lose a bit of size due to sickness and on my diet I am to lose 1 pound a week which I have spot on every week. I think it's just the feeling of being stuck between phases, I'm no longer huge and bulky I'm a lot leaner but not ripped yet.

To be honest I feel I've lost to much muscle. I've gone from a bulky 14.5 stone to a solid 12.8. I've still a few pounds to lose for my abs to show properly. Just wish I hadn't lost so much size
