11 lbs is great! Congratulations! This app works really well for me. So well that I lose 15 lbs treat myself and then give up. I’m hoping this time I keep at it. Let’s support each other.

I grew up in Sandy Springs, GA and moved to Seattle. I wish I could love salmon as much as biscuits and gravy! Unfortunately I gravitate to the entrees with the most carbs. It’s a struggle but one worth fighting.

I've been here a time or two but never got close to my goal. This time feels different. I'm down 2 sizes but have several more to go. Best of luck to all of us to stay on track and meet the goals we've set!

Huh, I've wondered about roller coaster restrictions. Thanks for the info on the 4th row. Interesting. You don't mention exercise. Are you doing anything? I have been going to the pool every other day and just treading water or moving. I'm losing 3 to 4 lbs a week while eating about 1200 calories a day. Hope this is…

Good for you! Getting started is a big step. I've found logging in each day and logging my food keeps me accountable. I'm actually excited getting on the scale now to check my progress. Hoping to lose 60 lbs by New Years.

I've found that having a small supply of my own snacks like string cheese and some nuts helps me avoid the sweet stuff. And then I fantasize about dismembering the skinny 20 year old as she eats cheesecake. It gets me through.
