I went to a clinic that put me on AIP and several supplements. For the first time I was able to consistently lose 1- 1 and 1/12 lbs per week. I lost 55 lbs. I cook 6-7 nights per week and have some pretty good recipes. I had lost 50 lbs but have slid back and gained back 18 lbs, eating some sweets again

I'm on a Paleo autoimmune program but using MFP and keeping to 1200-1400 calories per day. I'm down 45 lbs which began in March, still have 10 lbs to go (now coming off very slowly). I've never been able to keep the weight off, I definitely plan to use MFP to show me how to maintain.
