I know what you mean! Have had this app for forever and after stepping on the scale today and realizing I've gained ten pounds in the last 5 months I stopped working out....I decided it's time to really get serious!! :neutral: Having a support system is a great idea!

I know exactly how you feel! I'm deciding right now I want to get back into working out and starting that process to finally eat healthy every day! I don't really have advice per se, since I haven't been successful yet Dx Just wanted you to know you're not alone! Let's keep our chins up! :smiley:
