I hear ya. I did do a cut for a week and am regretting it. I lost my Muscle definition fairly quickly it seemed. I’m switching gears to slow bulk now.

Calorie intake while bulking started at 2000 then gradually got to 2700 calories. I was doing hot yoga 2-3 days a week and lifting 5-6 times a week.
